By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through  Woman1sh Intuition or by Deneen Tyler you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree and accept the following:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
3. Any information, communication and/or consultations with Deneen Tyler and/or via Woman1sh Intuition, LLC are for educational purposes only.
4. None of the services offered by Deneen Tyler and/or Woman1sh Intuition is intended to take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
5. Deneen Tyler and Woman1sh Intuition accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Deneen Tyler and/or Woman1sh Intuition.
6. All services are scheduled and prepaid (if there is a fee).
7. There is a strict no refund policy but rescheduling is welcomed if done 24hours or more before event start time. Rescheduling should be done by sending an email to the the email address you’ve been sending and receiving emails from.
